Review by TG on 15th April 2000

The kind of film only a militant feminist could make. Antecedents in 'Belle De Jour' and 'The Ages of Lulu' but is far too one sided and biased to make the same academic points as the earlier films. It would have been a much better film had it been more objective. Still, it had great performances from Ducey & Berland and good, yet not spectacular, cinematography.
