Film Description

Opening with Hemingway's short story "The Killers", the story is taken further by Siodmak and co producing a superb film noir. Mystery lies in why Burt Lancaster, an ex-fighter, took two assassins coming after him so calmly. Edmond O'Brian quickly finds Ava Gardner at the heart of the mystery.
