Film Description

The film that established Ford's reputation as the poet of American cinema, with aesthetically beautiful images contrasting the powerful, protesting words from Steinbeck's classic novel. The film follows the traumatic journey made by dispossesed Oklahoma family the Joads, heading towards California to begin a new life.
