Film Description

A dramatisation of events through the eyes of a young peasant boy who arrives in St. Petersburg in time to witness the revolution. It shows the replacing of old St. Petersburg by new Leningrad and includes the outbreak of war, the storming of the Winter Palace and the rise and fall of Kerensky.
