Film Description

An idyllic summer day in Normandy before the D-Day landings. In a ramshackle chateau live a vindictive old woman, her world weary son and his ravishing but bored young wife. A Free French Officer and a local Nazi official both fall in love with her and an intriguing and hilarious rivalry for her affections ensues between the three men.
