Review by maisie keep on 26th September 2007

I've recently bought a remastered DVD version of Priest of Love. It's quite different to the one I remember seeing originally. In the `Special features', the director, Christopher Miles refers to differences in the `first version'. It seems very odd (and disappointing) that he made a decision to release what I feel is a `soft' version of D.H Lawrence, after such a brilliant original.
