A Tale of a Pale and Silvery Moon after the Rain. Set in sixteenth-century war-torn Japan, two peasant potters leave their wives to pursue their ambitions - one for wealth, the other for glory as a samurai warrior. Often described as one of the most beautiful films ever made.
