Father Goose
Film Description The great Cary Grant’s penultimate film. Looking almost unrecognizable as an unshaven, disillusioned naval officer getting involved on a remote island with the beguiling Caron, what develops is in fact a typical Grant movie. Touching, funny and well directed by Nelson, this is a well-intentioned tale of redemption, given true class by one of Grant’s lesser-known but characteristically excellent performances.
