Film Description

The film that really stamped Almodovar on the map: still his most famous, and Spain's biggest success. It's a typically confident, frenetic and sexy farce set in Madrid, in which two lovers who dub films for a living enjoy a long term relationship until the man abruptly pulls out, shocking the woman and sending her on a frantic search to find him. A gaudy, glamorous, cool concoction - like spicy spiked gazpacho, with a fresh citrus zing.
