Film Description

A man, believing himself half human, half angel, and governed by divine instructions only he hears, sets out to rid a district of a plague of lice as part of his ongoing mission to cleanse the environment. His encounters with two women of wildly opposing character, and the man who loves them both, result in his having to finally choose between his two states of being, and face up to a terrible possibility: is he divine, or simply insane? Writer/director Medem ("one of the visionaries of 90s cinema" - Premiere) is regarded as a Spanish David Lynch, and deservedly so. "A sublime piece of cinema" ID.
