Film Description

Filmed in the 'Quick Stop' convenience store after hours, this is the brilliantly funny story of a day in the life of Dante, convenience store clerk, and his crazy best friend Randal, who works in the neighbouring video store. Dante's day begins at 6am, when he discovers that he has to work on his day off. The day that follows features his girlfriend's graphic sexual confessions, a mad hockey team and a constant stream of offensive customers.

The day starts badly, up at dawn on his day off, and gets worse from there on in. Unopenable shutters, boot pollish, girlfriends past and present, false accusations, Jay and Silent Bob, roof-top hockey and the ethical considerations involved in Death Star destruction all make for an exquisite day. Then watch Mallrats.
