Film Description

The first in Rohmer's 'Four Seasons' cycle, where he shows how simple good cinema can be. We are introduced to four characters, find out their likes and dislikes, and then they interact. With a number of scenes beautifully filmed in outdoor locations, this is perhaps the most delicately observed though also ominous of Rohmer's stories.
