Film Description

A child-friendly chiller in which 13-year-old goth girl Cassie finds a magical book called ‘The Evil Thing’ in a mysterious store. When her little brother Max insists on hearing the story, Cassie ignores the warning that cautions readers not to read the book aloud. The resulting spooky occurrences lead them to the woods behind their house and an enigmatic stranger.
