Film Description

Jane Birkin stars as petite waitress Johnny, who lives and works at a truck-stop, where she's lonely and longs for love. She falls for gay garbage-truck driver Krassky (Joe Dallesandro), who is also attracted to her boyish looks - to the consternation of his boyfriend. It's a liaison that proves rather painful for Johnny too. Also features a young Gerard Depardieu riding around naked on a horse. Hugely controversial on its original release due to its themes of homosexuality, androgyny and sodomy. UK premiere.
