Film Description

Sean Bean stars as Richard Sharpe, a British seargent promoted to a lieutenant in charge of a disrespectful rifle company whose men risk life and limb in an attempt to foil Napoleon's forces in Spain. Taken from Bernard Cornwall's novels, this film was shot on location in Portugal, Great Britain and Crimea, and condensed from the popular British television series.
