Love on the Run
Film Description Aka L’Amour en fuite. The fifth and final part of the Antoine Doinel series. Antoine has now separated from his wife Christine and is in the midst of a passionate affair with Sabine. One day however he spots his childhood sweetheart Colette on the train, jumps into her carriage and within hours, a number of people are back in Paris trying to rebuild their lives. This is touching, funny film-making, and with a clever use of flashbacks of earlier Doinel films.
