Film Description

The first British Dogme film features many skilled but lesser-known supporting actors who at last get their chance to enact meatier roles. Father Ted's Pauline McLynn stars as the matriarch of a working-class family living in Margate. When her feckless daughter befriends a female Czech Romany refugee, tensions begin to show.
