I have no objection to most of the views expressed by the "Grumpy old Women". However, I feel the inclusion of Germaine Greer was a mistake. Australian perception of Germaine Greer is one of a twisted zealot who has done incalculable harm to our society. So much so that she now lives in self imposed exile in rural England. From whence she continues to spit jets of venom at her native land and its inhabitants.
Most of us old folk have gripes about modern society but we vent our spleens with light hearted sarcasm and irony. With Germaine it's just part of her lifelong task of social engineering and produces "bullets" for her anti-male followers to fire. < less
