Film Description A black comedy set in 1979 in which, due to 'a small clerical error', a soldier is mistakenly posted to an army hospital that doesn't officially exist and which is under the crazed command of Colonel Woolwrap. While there he stumbles on one of the US military's best-kept secrets, which they want to keep a scret.
