Film Description

Subtitled 'The Fairly Pointless Show', this is required viewing for anyone with the remotest interest in British comedy. Originally planned as a children's programme it soon became cult viewing for adults with its innovative and surreal sketches utilising the talents of Eric Idle, Terry Jones, Michael Palin, Denise Coffey and David Jason. Vivian Stanshall's Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band took the place of house musicians and even artist Terry Gilliam made an appearance.
