Film Description

Giant atomic-powered submarine the Seaview is undergoing final trials below the ice at the North Pole. The Admiral is informed that the ring of radiation surrounding the earth is burning wildly, and they battle saboteurs, giant sea-creatures and attacks by enemy submarines to prevent global catastrophe.
