Film Description Charlton Heston plays Colt Saunders, a Civil War veteran returning home after years on the battlefield. Once home, he faces a number of challenges. While his new bride is desperately attempting to hide her wild past, they are being pursued by a corrupt administration intent on keeping Colt's land for themselves.
