Film Description

Elderly sisters Ursula and Janet find a young Polish man washed up on the shore near their house. They nurse him gradually back to health and when his musical talents bring him to the attention of the sister of a Russian violinist, the scene is set for an unlikely tale of rivalry between her and Ursula. Dance's film debut will be appreciated by fans of Merchant Ivory.
