Greenham - The Making Of A Monument (Undercurrents)
Film Description In 1981, 36 women, four babies in pushchairs and six men set off from Cardiff to march to RAF Greenham Common in Berkshire where American ground-launched cruise missiles would soon be deployed. They took their local anti-nuclear campaigning to an international level. These were ordinary people doing extraordinary things. This is their story and the story of the making of the monument to their endeavours.
