To Die For (Van Sant, 1995)
Film Description Kidman is excellent here as the pathologically ambitious TV weather girl, out to further her career on the small screen at any cost. Based on the real-life case of Pamela Smart, who seduced her 15-year old lover into murdering her husband, this satire on the pursuit of fame is one of Van Sant's most accessible and enjoyable films.
