Film Description

Invalided out of WW1, David Powlett-JOnes is sent to work in a public school in Devon. Unconvinced that he is suited to teaching, he is however persuaded to stay and so begins a long relationship with the school. A long-awaited, sensitive and rewarding TV drama.
