The Shootist
Film Description A film that sees the Duke playing one of the last of a dying breed of gunfighter now facing up to his own death from cancer. He seeks what medical care he can from the doctor in Carson City while he rests up in the local boarding house. Wayne's last film, and a very human end to a mythical career.
