Film Description

A film about golf and the only words are 'rhubarb'. When the police inspector tries to fix a game (with the help of constable Jimmy Edwards on his bicycle) he finds that the local vicar has a little help on his side. Also features Sykes trying to get a coffin to the church on time. Anything could happen.
