Film Description

An illiterate stooge from a travelling show wanders into a strange town in Russia and is mistaken for the dreaded Inspector General. As they are unwilling to admit to tax dodges, they try to get him out of the way by killing him. Good farce with an all-singing, all-dancing Kaye.
