John Landis, 1983

Film Description

As part of a wager, the owners of a Commodities Brokers decide to exchange the life of a top employee (Ackroyd) with a street hustler (Murphy). Their respective fall and rise ensue. With its snowy Christmas setting and Curtis as the tart with a heart, the film flirts with mawkishness, but survives. An enjoyable satire with Murphy on good form.
