The Officers Ward
Film Description The first half hour is standard stuff, the last 20 minutes is unnecessary but the 70 minutes in between is a moving and satisfying account of men mutilated by war, together as a community, and their tentative attempts to come to terms with their horrifying injuries and the outside world's reactions to them. Well worth watching.
