The Ninth Gate
Film Description Dean Corso is hired by a demonologist to authenticate a dusty manuscript reckoned to hold the key to Hell. As his research continues, those around him start to disappear. A rare example of a big-time Hollywood project which will likely acquire cult status. Polanski adds to his repertoire of human degradation.
