This has got to be one of the greatest series of it's type ever made. The acting is superb by all the cast, with great attention to detail. The story is gripping and enthralling, sometimes brutal and gruesome, much of it very beautiful. It is a good way to rediscover history but it is essentially about entertainment.
Now that I have watched it all the way through, how will I spend my spare time? It's that amazing! < less
