Film Description

Fast cars, guns and pretty women take centre stage in this mid-1950s drive-in drama starring John Ireland and Dorothy Malone. Frank Webster (Ireland) escapes from jail after being wrongly imprisoned for murder. With the police hot on his tail, he is forced to take young female racing driver Connie Adair (Malone) hostage. A race against time from the Californian coast to the Mexican border ensues as Frank commandeers Connie's 1954 Jaguar XK120 roadster, and also manages to win his way into her affections.
