Film Description

An out-of-control gothic-comedy-horror-musical shot on DV, Ken Russell's Fall of the Louse of Usher is a trashy, grainy, gory play-around with Poe's works that leaves no viewer indifferent!

Goth rock star Roddy Usher (James Johnston) is accused of murdering his wife and committed to an asylum for the insane, where, under the care of the maniacal Dr Calahari (Russell) and Nurse ABC Smith he is plunged into a nightmare as reality and insanity blur.
