Film Description

Released after 8 years imprisonment for murdering his adulterous wife, a likeable but disconnected introvert commences his difficult rehabilitation by starting a new life in a small town, opening a barber's shop and devotedly tending his pet eel. As a favour to the town priest he agrees to help a young woman with a troubled past by offering her job as his assistant. However, when he least expects it, her past collides with his.
