Film DescriptionThe devil himself comes to a quiet, peaceful New England town and opens a little store called Needful Things, which has something for everyone. The store's owner, Leland Gaunt (Max von Sydow), does not want payment for the items, just a small favour from each of his customers. Before long however, the town is wracked by jealousy, spite and violence. What can Ed Harris's Sherriff do about this sinister newcomer?
