Film Description

A 1940s crime thriller, My Brother's Keeper stars Jack Warner as a hardened criminal on the run. While being transported to a West Country jail, George Martin (Warner) escapes while handcuffed to fellow convict Willie Stannard (George Cole), a slow-witted youth who professes to be innocent. When the pair cross paths with a hunstman in a deserted cottage, Martin commits murder and the police search for escaped prisoners becomes a manhunt for a murderer.
