MovieMail's ReviewThe allure of the exotic is movingly but critically dissected in this striking film in which three unfulfilled women (Charlotte Rampling, Karen Young and Louise Portal) travel to 1970s Haiti to spend time with the handsome young men of the island, who they regularly pay for sex. They are unashamed of their pursuit of happiness, but matters are complicated when one falls in love with Legba (talented newcomer Ménothy Cesar), who has complex secrets of his own.
