Film Description

Legendary gunfighters Will Tenneray (Kirk Douglas) and Abe Cross (Johnny Cash) have never met until they both end up in the same town. The locals hold their breath and wait for the fireworks to begin, but the two men find that they have a lot in common; both are tired of living up to their reputations, and realise that their being thrown together gives at least one of them a chance to make some money. Despite their growing friendship, the pair decide to put on the expected gunfight, charging tickets to anyone who wants to watch, with the winner taking all.
