Four Rooms DVD, 1995

Four stories by different writers and directors played out in the rooms of an LA hotel on New Year's Eve where Tim Roth is the bell hop. Tales include S&M marriages, semen-gathering witches, babysitting and a group of men intent on re-playing the Alfred Hitchcock story 'The Man from Rio'. Famous faces include Madonna, Quentin Tarantino and an uncredited Bruce Willis.

Stories are: The Missing Ingredient, The Wrong Man, The Misbehaver and The Man from Hollywood.

Severely knocked by critics who were expecting another Pulp Fiction. This is unfair as 'Four Rooms' is a very entertaining movie. The structure is obviously inspired by
the Ealing horror 'Dead of Night'. However it does not reach the high quality of *that* film. Nevertheless Tim Roth does a good comedy turn and Robert Rodrieguez
shows he's adept at directing children. You'll never attempt to crawl out of the toilet window again.
