Film Description
A double-bill of B-movie crime dramas from British director Lance Comfort, made for Butcher's Film Service - Man from Tangier (1957) and Breaking Point (1961).
Breaking Point: Peter Reynolds plays Eric Winlatter, the shady nephew of a printer and engraver who gets involved with foreign spies who plan to flood an obscure eastern state, sympathetic to western aims, with fake currency in order to bankrupt its economy and force it behind the iron curtain.
In 'Man from Tangier' film actor Chuck Collins (Robert Hutton) goes to get his hair cut, but on leaving the barber's he accidentally takes a stranger's coat. The stranger, however, happens to be one of a number of crooks who are after valuable forgery plates and soon Chuck gets mixed up in their criminal activity.
