Film Description

English mapmaker Reginald Anson (Hugh Grant) manages to offend an entire Welsh town when he rules that their prized landmark is not a mountain but only a hill. Anson is soon to find, however, that the locals will stop at nothing to defend their honour, leading their efforts with young barmaid Betty (Tara Fitzgerald), who tries to seduce Anson and thus convince him to change his ruling as regards the 'mountain'.

A heartwarming film filled with gentle humour set against some lovely Welsh countryside.
