Fresh out of jail, Pinky (Richard Jordan) finds himself working in one of the big banks in London's Mayfair. Having left jail a fully qualified electrician, Ivan (David Niven), the local crook and what looks like owner of half of Mayfair's street shops, makes Pinky an offer he can't refuse. Which ends with a daring bank heist. Made in 1979 and directed by Ralph Thomas this is similar to that of the old Ealing comedies. It is also a film that is very rarely seen by anyone, but those who can see it will be in for a real treat. It's rating is that of a PG, and has some mild swearing and glimpse of nudity. For best part it is an enjoyable ride. This was to be one of the final few film that David Niven was to make. A decent bank heist caper. Five Stars. < less
