Film DescriptionNick Nolte plays private detective Tom O'Toole in this Arthur Miller-scripted thriller. Obsessed with a small town murder case which has been closed, O'Toole's only ally is a schizophrenic nymphomaniac (Debra Winger) who feeds him information and clues which might help him solve the case. Based on Miller's stage play 'Some Kind of Love Story' which was possibly based on his own marriage to Marilyn Monroe.
