Film DescriptionTense and gritty film noir starring Lloyd Bridges as an incarcerated counterfeiter. While doing his stretch, he is offered early release if he'll help lead the authorities to his former associates, who have been busy passing near perfect $20 bills. Unwilling to turn in his friends, he gets lucky a few weeks later when he escapes while being transferred, a chain of events set up by the FBI, who hope he will lead them to the gang.
