Film Description

Peter Sellers plays a simple, innocent gardener, isolated all his life in a Washington DC townhouse, who knows only what he's seen on television. Cast into the world, he stumbles into the inner circle of governmental power brokers eager for 'sage wisdom', and who mistake his endless prattle about gardening for allegorical wisdom.
