Film Description

The very first train from Glasgow Queens Street to Fort William ran on August 7th 1894. Still celebrated as one of the most wild and beautiful railway lines to be found anywhere, the West Highland Line found new fame following its appearance the Harry Potter films. Using especially shot material, original archive film and rare colour home movies, this DVD provides and comprehensive and detailed look at this line, covering everything from steam, the Harry Potter train, freight services to the Caledonian Sleeper to the radio signalling system.
