Film Description

Features three films starring the comic genius of silent film, Buster Keaton. In The General (1926) - widely considered to be the actor/director's greatest film - he has to rescue his beloved train from the hands of Union spies. In Steamboat Bill Jr. (1928), he is caught up in the middle of the bitter rivalry between his steamboat captain father and another Mississippi riverboat owner. Also includes Speak Easily (1932), a sound film in which Keaton plays Professor Post, whose newly inherited wealth gives him a reason to go into show business. Also stars Jimmy Durante.
