Film Description

Tom Stoppard co-scripted this delicate intellectual fantasy of a film in which the lines between fact and fiction are blurred. Michael Caine plays the writer who bases his fictional affair between a man and a woman who meet while on holiday in a foreign city on the one he suspects went on between his wife and a young German gigolo in Baden-Baden.
